Comprehensive Continuum of Care to Meet Your Clinical Needs

Partial Hospitalization Program
Our partial hospitalization program is six hours a day, five days a week. It’s designed for clients who have substance abuse and/or medical health disorders that significantly affect their daily lives.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our intensive outpatient program is three hours a day, three days a week. This program is ideal for those who need additional support in an outpatient setting.
Outpatient Services
We offer psychiatric and counseling outpatients services as they need them. We offer some of the following services:

Our family program includes:

Our family programs are for those impacted by their loved one’s mental health conditions and substance use.
Medication-Assisted Treatment
We understand that the withdrawal process can be incredibly difficult. At Arise, we offer medication-assisted treatment for our clients going through the detox phase in their recovery. These treatments are available for those enrolled in an IOP or PHP program.
Sober Living Program
Our facility provides our clients with supportive and safe recovery living environments. Our sober living program is designed for those who need short-term treatment. Clients will stay in a family-like setting and participate in various recovery activities.
Independent Living Program
Our independent living program is a great option for those who have one of the following:
- Multiple treatment episodes
- Chronic conditions
- Experiencing a relapse
After they’ve completed six months in our sober living program, they can transition to independent living. During our program, they’ll receive continued support in a safe environment.
Recovery Monitoring
We’re proud to offer individual, group, and aftercare therapy for our clients in recovery. Our recovery monitoring also includes random drug screens and advocacy services.
